A.M.S Clean Touch Service Policies and Client Agreement

Appointments, Property Access and Occupancy

Appointments must be scheduled during a time when the property can remain accessible and

undisturbed to allow efficient service. If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be

cancelled and rescheduled.

For the comfort and safety of both the client and A.M.S Clean Touch, it is preferred that the home is

unoccupied during the time of service. If the client will be present or works from home, an agreement

must be made in advance to ensure minimal disruption and a safe and efficient working environment.

Clients must provide clear and reliable entry instructions prior to the appointment such as a key, lockbox, or door code.

Only authorized individuals should be present or have access to the property during the scheduled

service. A.M.S Clean Touch reserves the right to discontinue or decline service if conditions feel unsafe or if unexpected individuals are present.

Service Availability

Services are priced based on the selected service type, property size, and overall condition of the home.

Appointments located 30 miles or more from Schenectady may be subject to a $300 minimum service total.

Walkthrough and Booking Policy

A walkthrough is required prior to booking. Final pricing will be provided after an in-person assessment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit is received.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is determined based on the requested service type, property size, and overall condition of the home.

A 25 percent deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Payment is due upon completion of service. An invoice will be sent after your cleaning and must be paid within 24 hours.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Future services may be paused until outstanding balances are paid.

Service Scope and Expectations

All services are performed based on the agreed scope of work confirmed prior to the appointment.

Only the areas and tasks discussed during the booking or walkthrough will be completed. Additional

requests or changes must be communicated and approved in advance and may result in a price adjustment or rescheduling. Same day additions are not guaranteed.

Home Preparation Requirements

To ensure efficient and high quality service, clients are expected to prepare the home prior to arrival.

Surfaces should be reasonably cleared such as counters and floors unless decluttering or organizing is booked as an add-on service.

Personal items, clutter, and valuables should be put away.

Excessive clutter may limit what can be cleaned.

Areas that are heavily cluttered or inaccessible will be skipped and not counted as missed work unless

decluttering or organizing is added as a service.

If the home is not prepared, A.M.S Clean Touch reserves the right to adjust the service scope, adjust pricing, or reschedule the appointment.

No Extras Policy

Services are performed based on the agreed scope. Unapproved or additional tasks are not included and must be requested in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the 25 percent deposit.

A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for last minute cancellations or missed appointments.

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future services.

Illness and Health Policy

To maintain a safe environment, appointments must be rescheduled if anyone in the home is

experiencing symptoms of illness including fever, flu-like symptoms, or other communicable conditions.

Clients are responsible for notifying A.M.S Clean Touch as soon as possible.

If A.M.S Clean Touch is experiencing illness that may affect service delivery, the appointment may also be rescheduled.

Rescheduling due to illness will not be subject to cancellation penalties.

Utilities and Environmental Conditions

Running water and electricity must be fully operational at the time of service.

The interior temperature of the property must be within a safe working range of approximately 68 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

If temperatures are unsafe and cannot be adjusted, the appointment will be rescheduled.

Pet and Animal Policy

Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Animals must be secured if they interfere with safe or efficient service.

Service may be paused or stopped if animals create unsafe or disruptive conditions.

Homes with moderate to heavy pet hair, dander buildup, litter scatter, or pet food debris may incur an additional fee starting at $35 and increasing based on severity and time required.

For health and safety reasons, areas containing pet waste such as feces, urine, vomit, or other bodily waste will not be cleaned. These areas must be properly cleaned and sanitized prior to service.

Damage and Liability

A.M.S Clean Touch is fully insured and maintains general liability coverage.

The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction Commitment

If an area included in the confirmed service scope was missed, notification must be provided within 24 hours so the issue can be addressed.

Right to Refuse Service

A.M.S Clean Touch reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or

outside agreed service parameters.

Photography

Before and after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes.

Weather and Holiday Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions or unsafe travel advisories.

A.M.S Clean Touch is closed on major federal holidays.
