A.M.S Clean Touch Service Policies and Client Agreement
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Pricing is based on the cleaning type, home size, condition, and any add-ons selected.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours.
At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit and additional fees.
Please remove clutter and secure valuables before your appointment to allow efficient cleaning.
Pets must be secured if they interfere with service.
Excessive pet hair or waste may result in additional fees.
Appointments must be rescheduled if anyone in the home is experiencing illness or flu-like symptoms.
Running water and electricity must be available during service.
If an area included in your service was missed, please contact us within 24 hours.
A.M.S Clean Touch reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe.
Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.
A.M.S Clean Touch is closed on major holidays.
